Cancellations
*We have a 12 hour cancellation Policy. Monthly unlimited package must cancel within the 12 hour window or the late cancelation fee will be applied.
Any other late cancelations will forfeit their class from their individual packages.
*Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
*To cancel reservations members can log into their mindbody profile, click on their schedule and click cancel next to the class they wish to cancel.
*Members can also reach us at info@elev8-pilates.com, or call the studio to cancel reservations.
Memberships
*Diamond memberships will have an automatic renewal, unless notified with a 30 day written cancelation.
*Unlimited Packages have a one class a day limit.
Running Late?
Miami Traffic can be very difficult at Times and we at Elev8 understand this. Our studio will provide a 10 minute window to all of our members from the start time of their scheduled class to keep their reservation.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, your spot may be given to someone on our waiting list.
To ensure the safety of our members and at the discretion of the instructor, members that are more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to enter our classes. Thank you for understanding.
